Certainly does not matter where you were born.
Here’s the thing.
I know how freaken lonely it was when I was only playing at five percent of my potential.
it was lonely doing things that didn’t fill my heart.
It was lonely pushing people away.
It was lonely making decisions to please others.
And it was terribly lonely feeling emotions that were unfulfilling for my soul.

And honey I am SO tired.
I am tired of watching you sit there playing at five percent of YOUR potential.

Yes I know you know I say this with love.
(Well if you didn’t know that, I do).
It fires me up when I see the potential ooozing from you and you just sit there and choose to stay silent.
It really boils my blood when you choose to NOT follow your heart.
It absolute drives me crazy when you choose to believe the bs story that you are not enough.

Arggghh seriously!
Who do you believe is responsible for everything in your life and everything NOT in your life?

Well … I’m here to remind you that if I can do it so can you!
So stop making excuses!
Stop living in reasons!
Because here’s the truth. I know how EPIC it is to keep stretching and playing at a MUCH larger percent.
OPPORTUNITY OPPORTUNITY OPPORTUNITY!
So quit stalling!!
Quit giving up on yourself
Quit telling people about your dreams
START SHOWING THEM HONEY!

MAYBE NOT!

I mean stay with me here.
How many times have YOU started something with full commitment. To the find yourself ravelling in endless reasons why it won’t work, so you quit?

Maybe someone told you, you can’t. And you chose to believe them?
Or maybe you are Allowing your mind to make the rules and your living in your head way too much?

Well it doesn’t matter what the core of the reason.
I GET IT HONEY!
It used to be the story of my LIFE!
And yes you bet.
I still deal with fear and ego every day!
I still want to quit on myself and my dreams 100 times a day
Because sometimes it’s just easier to run than to stay.
Sometimes it’s easier to be comfortable.

So let me share a little secret with you.
When I found what truly set my soul on fire.
It became easier to overcome the “stories” of doubt and find ways to keep my flame roaring!

I won’t go into EVERYTHING that sets my soul on fire. or you will be reading for dayyyys. Lol

But honey what I will share with you is
THE most important one.
Always Saying yes to things I know will give me a positive experience, and opportunity to grow and blossom into a more truer version of myself.
Where I can trust myself to make good decisions, allowing life to flow through me with zero expectations.

When you shift your mindset to this space.

THAT’S WHEN YOU OPEN TO POSSIBILITY!
THAT’S WHEN YOU TAP BACK INTO YOUR IMAGINATION.

Yesterday marked a MASSIVE MILESTONE!
It was exactly 30 days until I step on stage for my first body sculpting fitness bikini comp

I can’t believe the journey to date.
It has been magnificent!
It has been crazy beautiful
And although it has been with hustle
It has been in flow!

So I had to remind myself to stop and smell the roses.
It was 10 weeks ago today that I was feeling,
unmotivated, unhappy and unsure about what my next move would be.

To reflect back to this moment
Got me super emotional.
I have had to dig deep.
I have never being more focused.
More determined.
More aligned.
More excited.
or More proud.
I feel like a winner already!

I made a promise to myself when I said yes to this fitness bikini comp.
that no matter how scared o was
No matter how hard it felt
No matter how exhausted I felt
No matter what hurdles showed up.
Every day I would find a way to Play.
It was a non negotiable in my life.
To Having FUN.
To find laughter.
To open space for my inner child to unleash.
And to trust it’s all perfect.

Every day I get to do more of what I love and more of what sets my soul on fire.
Because THAT IS WHAT I CHOOSE!!

So what are you fling today to set YOUR soul on fire?

THE ONLY THING REALLY GETTING IN THE WAY
IS YOU!!!!

SO stop it!
Stop leaning back.
Stop saying I can’t.
Stop making excuses.
Stop denying your heart true happiness.
Stop freaken blocking your joy.
Stop RUNNING from the things that scare you.
Stop taking the “easy” road.
Stop missing opportunity.
