Some call this positive thinking.
Some call this faith.

See here’s the thing

As I lay here its 4.00am.
After Jordyn woke with fear.
(He had a dream that shook him).
I have settled him back to rest.
But I couldn’t go back to sleep myself. And because I have learned not to fight the force if I feel good.
I decided to start journaling.
And my goodness it’s so peaceful still and silent right now that it’s easy to listen to what I need to share with you.

And here’s what I’m excited to talk about.
There is NO doubt.
Life is such a “roller coaster”.
You move.
You shake.
You laugh.
You fake.
You give.
You take.
You break.
Then you remake.

This is what most of us experience over and over on our journey to finding our way back to the diamond within.

But here’s the thing.
And it may or may not be a secret.

In order to truly grow.
You must first let go of what is not serving you in life.
Because energetically.
As a human You only have so much you can carry.

So letting go requires YOU to surrender to what you are most afraid of in your mind.
See the biggest thing I notice right now with us humans.
Is that majority of us often prefer to live in the suffering and pain, versus seeking out a healthy solution.

Why?!

Well there are few main reasons I know about.

1. It’s feels unknown. It feels scary. it feels risky and it feels hard. So it’s easier to stay in the “safety” of familiarity. Than to move past the fear of change/
(This is also known as ego intervening )

2. It’s scientifically how we are wired. We attach emotion to information . And that’s why even if the situation causes pain and suffering. We have flase beliefs that we will be destroyed if we let go.

3. Many of you associate the meaning of surrender to defeat.
So ma false belief is created that it’s a sign of weakness to let go.
When In fact it is quite the opposite. It takes massive courage to let go.

You see letting go is a process.
Once you identify what you need to let go:
Why you need to let it go.
How to let it go
When to let it go.
You Release the need to control the outcome.
It’s about surrendering to the negative thoughts and beliefs.
So you can create space to recreate positive beliefs and welcome in new possibility.

And my darling when you are
Wide open to possibility.
You operate on the highest vibration of love and above and that’s where the deep connection to manifesting begins.

So how do you “remake”
How do you get up again.
Over and over again??

One of the most powerful habits that I’ve picked up in the past 10+ years is to think in a more compassionate and constructive way.

It makes you feel alive when you choose to live in this space.

You’ll feel less concerned and sorry for yourself and much more motivated to keep taking massive aligned action.

But how do you adopt this habit?

Well, learning to think in a more positive way may sound a bit vague to some if you so i am here to break it down for you and offer a few practical tips and smaller habits that you can start using right now.

When something good or bad happens it has a domino effect.
The way you deal with good or bad occurrences has an impact on everything else you do during the day
How we think, whether it is positively or negatively, greatly impacts our personality and is reflected in everything else we come across in life. Therefore, happiness, balance, and mindfulness are fundamental factors that will allow us to live our lives to the fullest.

The soul is powered by positive thoughts and positivity leads to gratitude in life. A vortex mindfulness, balance, positivity, happiness and peace.

You know transformation in any form is not meant to be easy.
its the moment where you choose to stay where your are, or jump on the back on that roller coaster and just trust that you are going to enjoy the ride and that even if you get thrownupside down, you will arrive safely at another destination that will give you the opportunities you crave.

One of the most powerful habits that I’ve picked up in the past 10+ years is to think in a more compassionate and constructive way.

It makes life feel lighter and not so burdensome. It opens up new paths towards where you want to go and it helps you to more easily overcome setbacks (and often get something good out of them).

You’ll feel less worried and sorry for yourself and more motivated to keep taking action.

But how do you adopt this habit?

Well, here are a few things I do that you can start using today.

1. Start replacing the negativity in your surroundings and life.

2. When you’re in what looks like a negative situation, find what’s good or helpful about it.

3. Exercise regularly.

4. Stop overthinking

5. Be grateful.

6. Come back to this moment (and stay here).

7. Bring the positivity to someone else’s life.
